What Causes Chronic Cough Along With Severe Body Ache?

Can you suggest what might be going on w/my symptons : During the night last night, I started coughing that lasted several hours. Then I began to have extreme pain all over my body, across back shoulders, in my spine, hips & legs. Was extremely difficult & painful to walk. Then started having chills & nausea. All these symptoms lasted thru mid day. No vomiting no diarrhea. Blood sugar was the highest its ever been - 159, BP - 120/48, P-105 @ 11:59 am, 111/45, P-80 @ 4:38 pm, Temp 99. Have been diagnosed w/osteoarthritistis & Lumbar Stenosis,Type II Diabetes, IBS, GERD & RLS. Thanks for your input. Patricia Ligon, YYYY@YYYY

You take below medicine under your doctor advice.

You can take Paracetamol
You can take Omeprazole
You can take Theo-Asthalin tablet
You can Cefadroxil

Do yoga and pranayam on an empty stomach outside in fresh air
Do exercise in the morning
Do meditation in the morning

Physiotherapy is helpful for fast recovery
Apply Diclofenac spray on affected site
Apply hot water bag on affected site

Take deep breath
Walk in the morning
Get good sleep
