I am a 21 year old female who has been smoking consistently for about five years now, and over the past year more heavily. I ve never experienced coughing or any discomfort up until about about October last year. In December this turned to hardcore coughing fits after just waking up, and more recently this has progressed to even more concerning things.. I can hardly breathe out of my nose any more? It constantly feels and acts stuffy yet when I try to blow it, nothing comes out. Also feelimg popping sort of feeling in nose/head. Head feels bubbly if that makes sense. Just super congested. If I bend down, I feel the sensation of blood rushing to my head immediately. Hands, feet, and limbs sometimes feel tingly maybe due to lack of circulation?? A few days ago I also started to experience EXTREME throat pain and mouth dryness upon first waking up that dwindles throughout the day. I m really worried, will these things go away after quitting smoking? Or is this something I should go make an appointment about?
