What Causes Chronic Cough And Hives On The Arms And Legs?
OK. Lots of cough (dry) for 5 weeks, went to ER 4 weeks ago for restricted breathing (they said bronch spasm) gave albuterol for emergency , hives on arms, legs, and stomach, bronch weezing daily, white blood cells way up (the ones that react to allergies are up), took breathing test = small airways restricted, chest x ray shows no pnumonia or other obvious issue, but the wheezing, coughing, hives and bronchial rattling is not going away?

In my clinic, I do recommend specific evaluation of absolute eosinophil count, antibodies levels for precise diagnosis and further care accordingly.
