I am pooping what looks like red meat and I ve been having diarrhea extremely over the past 4 weeks trouble swallowing and everytime I eat it hurts in the middle of my abdomen I m getting nauseated and it looks like I have a baby moving in my stomac.it has gotten worse since november...
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic diarrhea, abdominal pain and nausea . Wel It can occur due to infection , gastritis and IBS . Avoid food groups that can make diarrhea worse like high-fat, fried foods, spicy foods, milk and dairy, and high-fiber foods. Consult gastroenterologist if it persist for more then two days . Doctor may prescribe lopramide , omeprazole along with antibiotics . Drink water to replace the fluids you’re losing. Drink juice and broth to help replace some of the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals your body has lost. Take probiotics food like yogurt and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
