What Causes Chronic Diarrhea After Eating Out?

I have had 3 episodes of diarrhea after eating at Asian restaurants this year. Not all Asian restaurants Ive eaten at has caused this though. The first one was a sushi buffet, the second was a Korean BBQ buffet, and the third was a Thai restaurant. It happens within an hour after eating, starting with bad gas, then stomach cramping and then diarrhea within the hour. All 3 episodes I had diarrhea about 3 times then its gone and Im fine afterwards. Do you know what ingredient could be the cause?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. You might be allergic to proteins in the meat. So try to avoid it for few days.

Also meat which is not properly cooked with harbour many bacterias (like E.coli, salmonella, shigella etc) which may cause diarrhoea. So try to resort to vegetarian food for few days and see if you are feeling better.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
