What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Along With Appetite Loss And Muscle Ache?

Hello, For 2 nights in a row I have experienced chronic diarrhea. Today due to being dehydrated, I consumed a great deal of fluids including Gatorade. No appetite today. Severe cramping in places including muscles in back and abdominal areas. The fluids are in coming out as diarrhea. Very tired but not able to sleep due to every 5 to 10 minute trips to the bathroom. What are your thoughts? Thank you...Scott

Hello,
You are suffering from a bout of severe diarrhea, which may be due to food poisoning.
It is advisable to have milk free soft diet,along with plenty of oral fluids.
A probiotic capsule can be started for improving digestion.
Antibiotics may be needed if diarrhea doesn't stop.
