What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Along With Headaches And Body Aches?
I threw up sat night 4x experiencing diarrhea also11/2 hrs apart. No fever, slept all day sun eating bites of food and drinking juice & water. No vomiting but using restroom to urinate & bowel movements. Still exhausted today Monday with no appetite or energy. Never fever or sweats tho a head ache & body aches at times. Don t smell sick. Any idea.

I will suggest you to continue with oral dehydration salts (O.R.S.) as it seems a viral diarrhea and it will subside on its own. If it doesn't settle over next 2 days you may proceed with metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day. Usually, the diarrhea is self resolving in 90% of cases. Body aches are due to electrolyte imbalance.
