Hello,

You might be having gastritis. You need to follow some tips:

1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medicines for gastritis- Pantop/Omez/Rantac.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 a.m., small snack at 11 a.m., lunch at 1 p.m., small snack at 4 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day.
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days, it becomes a habit.

You also have symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

See your doctor if you have a persistent change in bowel habits or other signs or symptoms of IBS. They may indicate a more serious condition, such as colon cancer. More-serious signs and symptoms include:

1. Weight loss
2. Diarrhea at night
3. Rectal bleeding
4. Iron deficiency anemia
5. Unexplained vomiting
6. Difficulty swallowing
7. Persistent pain that isn't relieved by passing gas or a bowel movement

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sanjay Kini
