What Causes Chronic Diarrhea And Constipation?
I have had an issue with intermittent diarrhea and constipation alternately since 1.5 weeks since my last colonoscopy perhaps 7 years ago. I ve tried eating more fiber, ate yogurt until I was tired of it and have tried OTC drugs for constipation. Nothing works well. What other issues may cause this problem?

That could be due to Irritable bowel syndrome. Does your colonoscopy suggest anything? You should be investigated, and further treatment should take accordingly.
