What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Post Gall Bladder Removal?

My name is Linda and I had my gallbladder out last April. I also had Shingles at the same time. I still am having problems with diarrhea about an hour after eating in the morning. I have tried everything, and am seeing a Naturopath for help. Can you tell me what might be happening?Thank you.
