What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Upon Having Food?

Hi so for the past year I have had chronic diarrhea which has gotten progressively worse. At this point it doesn’t matter what I eat I am instantly in the bathroom sometimes before I’m even done eating. It has become very painful and I go at least 10 times in a day what could it be or should I try

You have problem of chronic diarrhea upon eating a food that may be because of inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease or other reasons.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
Colonoscopy examination can done for further diagnosis.
