What Causes Chronic Diarrhea, Vomiting And Stomach Pain?

I have had chronic diarrhea for a couple of weeks. Las week after the diarrhea final stopped I started vomiting I need for this to stop, it is ruining my life. I can t function in any form. right now my stomach is hurting. Please help me. I live I in a very small town with no help available.

it can be indigestion food poisoning and worm infestation, can take albendazol for dewarming.take a course of metrogyl.maintain hygiene and sanitation. hydration is to be maintained.clean your vegetables before cooking. maintain cleanliness in kitchen. can take norfloxacin tinidazole for two days.
