Chronic diarrhea commonly occurs due to
food allergy, food poisoning, IBS, intestinal disorders (
ulcerative colitis, chronic diseases,
pancreatitis, typhoid, etc.), liver disorder, etc. You are presently hurting in the anal area. You are suggested to take sitz bath at least two times a day. You can also apply Anovate cream or ointment containing lidocaine (1%) to stop hurting in the area of the anus. Take Antacids and PPIs, one stat when discomfort to stop abdominal hurt. You may take antispasmodic, one stat when required for relieve.
Stay well hydrated, take plenty of water, ORS, soups and juice. Take antidiarrheal when needed. Get clinically examined by a GP, get
urinalysis and stool examination (R/E and C/S) done. Get also blood analysis, imaging tests to detect any intestinal problem or liver dysfunction. You will be treated accordingly. You are suggested to avoid taking oily, spicy food, trans fat, full fatty milk, junk food, addictions if any. Take boiled food and food that is easily digestible. Get treated at the earliest.
