I have had two recent episodes of extreme diahrrea which last for about 2 days. The first time was after I had eaten a large amount of fairly greasy pizza and the second time followed a day of eating numerous spicy foods. Immodium didn t seem to help in controlling and I have had to do some bland foods in order to eventually recover from these bouts. I have never really had a problem with spicy or greasy foods before this. I have had 2 different colonscopies which indicate some colon polyps and diverticulosis. Any recommendations? Thank you.
