What Causes Chronic Discomfort In Lower Back With Abdominal Bloating?
I have cramping type discomfort on my right lower back and slight burning sensation in my stomach. I had taken prune juice and 2 stool softeners this morning and did have bowel movement earlier. But now I have this lower back discomfort and gassy feeling. It sometimes lessens and then comes back.

It may be due to G I tract infection and strain on your back. For pain you can take tab Ibuprofen after physician consultation. You may also require antibiotics.
