What Causes Chronic Eczema?

Hi Dr, I m having an issue where when I woke up, there are always a lot of tiny painful little ants on my bed. I saw them carrying my dead skin. Why is that dr? It has been two night already. Ps:// i do have a bad eczema where I tend to scratch my itch skin during my sleep and usually the scratched spot will ooze the blood and clear fluid
