Hello,
I am not sure I understand why you feel you have ADHD. The only symptom you mention is
tiredness and that is not a manifestation of ADHD at all if anything ADHD patients are hyperactive, not tired.
So unless there are other symptoms you do not mention it is hard to see a diagnosis of ADHD.
As for the diagnosis of
chronic fatigue as you say it is a not-well-understood condition.
It is mainly a diagnosis of exclusion after many tests are conducted to exclude other fatigue causes such as infections,
connective tissue disease,
hormonal deficiencies, metabolic alterations etc.
You do not provide much information on such tests so it is hard to say whether the doctors were thorough before making that diagnosis.
If all tests have been done and fatigue remains the only symptom then the diagnosis sounds reasonable, if medication is not working maybe other alternatives such as
amantadine may be tried.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
