What Causes Chronic Fatigue, Sore Throat And Lower Back Pain?
chronic fatigue, sore throat, weepy eyes, congestion, pain in lower back right quadrant sometimes radiates to the front. I don t have my gallbladder anymore. Had ovaries and tubes removed last July due to 11 cm cyst on r ovary. Haven t felt good since.

It could be a part of pharyngitis.
Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably Amoxclav.
You can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
