What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Loss Of Appetite And Body Aches?

Male 32 Caucasian UK Day 1: extreme tiredness came on in evening, went to bed unusually early. Restless and disturbed sleep Day 2: Fatigue and general body ache all day. Occasional shooting pains to: both big toes, upper inner right thigh, rear upper neck, right chest, left and right knees. Took 400mg of Nurofen after lunch, symptoms lessened but still present. Restless and disturbed sleep Day 3: Fatigue has worsened. Loss of appetite. General body ache the same. Feeling colder than usual.
