ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You need to do diagnostic nasal endoscopy. If possible a CT Paranasal sinus. Take a fluticasone nasal spray two puff twice daily for seven days. Take steam inhalation twice daily. Take Levocetirizine one tablet at bedtime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak
