What Causes Chronic Fever With Loss Of Appetite?

My granddaughter is 21/2. she has been sick since last Friday with fevers of 102- 103. she has no appetite and drinks sm amts only. i think she has strawberry tongue even though its not red. Do you think she has scarlet fever. her rapid strep test and the flue test were neg.on Monday.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be viral fever just be patience till the fever runs its course till then take care for hydration and fever can be control with "Acetaminophen" else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
