What Causes Chronic Headache Behind The Eyes?

I've been having headaches at least 4 times a week! If I get up to fast I get very dizzy and I'm seeing flashing lights. I've been having headaches for about 6 months but they are gradually getting worse. My head is pulsating and behind my eyes ache. Could it just be chronic migranes?
