What Causes Chronic Headache With Nausea And Fever?
I have had a severe headache that started 4 days ago gradually and then became severe the past day. Its the worst headache I ve ever felt, accompanied by stiff neck, back and shoulder pain. I also started to get nausea the past day. Low grade fever with the highest being 100.2. no sleep the past couple of days. I want to note I ve had a cough and stuffy nose for almost 2 weeks.

What is your age? Cough and nasal stuffiness for 2 weeks, followed now by fever, headache and nausea probably suggests sinusitis. But as the headache is severe, and there is neck stiffness, we have to rule out meningitis also. All these conditions needs antibiotic treatment without delay. Kindly consult your doctor without delay. Meanwhile, you can take paracetamol or ibuprofen for relief.
