I don t have a historyvof ha but for the pass three days I have a severe headache I have taken ibuprofen but only relieve is when I lay down. And stay still then its relieved suddenily my neck has slightly swollen and now my back and legs has tingly sharp pains I am hot and cold
Tingling sensation in the back radiating to the legs may be indicative of sciatica, peripheral neuropathy or developing neurological disorder, etc. Since you have swollen neck with headache, get clinically examined in the ER, and get necessary blood tests, investigations & imaging tests done.
Stay away from stress, dehydration, anxiety & stress trigger migraine, cluster headache or tension headache. Stay adequately hydrated. Take acetaminophen, one sos when required to relieve headache. Take vitamin B6, B12 rich food or supplements. Avoid addictions if any. Take quality sleep.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
