What Causes Chronic Headaches At The Back Of The Head?
I have a problem. After I wake up in the mornings at 4am I am perfectly fine. At the end of my workshift usually at 7pm I come home and I notice I have a bad headache on the back of my head. I should also note that I work split shifts. And also my head seems to be overheating. So after I get home I take like a 1 hour nap. Than I wake up at 10pm and go pick up my wife at work. Than I go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 315am to go to work. Its my daily routine. You think this can be the reason for my head overheating and headache? Not getting good sleep.
The headache with disturbed sleep is related to work place atmosphere or other circumstances as: - Exposure to heat or cold - Excess noise of high intensity - Chemical exposure to some powder or other contents which can be inhaled in breath - Stress situations - Over work - Anxiety - Active of passive smoking
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
