What Causes Chronic Itching All Over The Body Upon Intake Of Vermox?

I HAVE PINWORMS TOOK MY FIRST VERMOX DOSE YESTERDAY...I CARE FOR MY DAD SO HE TOOK HIS ALSO .... MY QUESTION IS THIS I FEEL ITCHTY ON MY BODY I JUST SAW A WHITE LOOKED LIKE AN EGG ON MY BODY AM I PARANOID OR CAN THIS HAPPEN AND WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THEM. PLEASE HELP ME I MA GETTING DEPRESSED AND PANICKY.

Pinworm infestation can be completely cured by drugs like pyrentel pamoate, albendazole. It tends to spread with in the family. So it is better if every one in the family takes the deworming treatment. These worms produce itching at anal area. The worms crawl to that part and lay eggs so the itching is felt. There are no eggs anywhere else in the body.
Apart from taking deworming treatment it is essential to clean all the inner clothes like banyan and under wears, and bed linen in boiling water, to eliminate all eggs.
You may repeat the drug after about 10 days to ensure complete eradication. There is absolutely no reason to panic or feel depressed. Thanks.
