What Causes Chronic Left Sided Pain In Shoulder And Neck?

Hi I am a 47 year old female. I am having pain in my left shoulder and side of my neck. The pain is pretty bad.I just took two baby asprin. I feel a little sick to my stomach but not to bad. I am usually tired anyway because I have low iron. I was wondering if I should be worried here?

the tiredness that you are currently facing may be because of the low iron content. you must be having ergonomic complaint based on the work either job or house chore you are doing.
for the pain you can take diclofenac 50 mg tablets
and also can use local application of diclofenac gel.
hot compression can also help

if pain persist for long time you can go for physiotherapy.
