What Causes Chronic Microvascular Ischaemia?

I received a severe bang to head 7 yes ago only had mri this wk, Radiogolist says could b chronic microvascular Ischaemia I have never had any of the problems associated with CM I eg diabetes , high blood pressure etc , also mentions something bout Gliosis, I have no idea what that is, would appreciate your help Thank u

Hello,

Regarding the chronic microvascular ischemia, it is insignificant if there are no any speech disturbance or all the brain functions are intact so nothing to worry as you do not have any complains at all.

Regarding the Gliosis, it is nothing but in general term, it is like healed damage tissue of the brain.
