My son is 30 years old. We adopted him at 4 years old. He was hydrocyphallic and had working shunt...twice since then there has been a malfunctioning issue come up and they replaced shunt. That was over 20 years ago. For the last 3 1/2 week s, Lowell has been to urgent care and ER for migraines and unstoppable vomiting. They give him IV to stop it...could his shunt be malfunctioning?? Leaking? Wait time for neurological surgeon is booked way out.....
