What Causes Chronic Nasal Back Drip Post Head Injury?

Hi, i am 21 year old n i had a head injury 2 years ago and after sometime i started experiencing drainage from the nose doctor thought that it was allergy and he kept on giving me anti allergy medicines but they didnt work the nose keeps on running and the fluid even comes into my throat for which i have to spit like hundreds of times a day I even had sinus surgery to fix this problem bt didnt work and two days ago i was running in the evening and i started sprinting My felt a shake and my spine too The problem has worsen since then what should i do

Please go to a thorough examination through an ENT surgeon. There are times when minor fractured bones in the nasal septum (which is made up of multiple small bones) that has ill-healed may lead to a draining hyperactive sinus.
