What Causes Chronic Nasal Congestion And Bleeding Along With Headaches?

i have chronic nasal congestion and will have some bleeding after trying to clear my nostrils. my doctor recommended nasal steroids and that does not help. what to do next? she said allergies. i have some pressure headaches and r face pain. could this be something serious?

Chronic nasal congestion and bleeding suggests you that you had a sinusitis either frontal or maxillary or both. If i will permit to treat you, first get x ray PNS done, so i can diagnose the exact sinus affected. oral macrolid like azithromycin 250 1 bid for five is the drug of choice. along with azithromycin I suggest you to take steam inhelation, analgesic, and mucolytic orally.
