I have had severe nausea for going on 4 days now. Diarrhea when there was something in my stomach. The first two days I stayed in bed but was not able to rest or sleep much. Day 3, I thought I was better and tried to eat to get some strength back. Everything seemed to be going ok with eating. I ate a salad and even had a little chocolate. Tried spaghetti with sauce last night and immediately had diarrhea and nausea again. I didn t sleep much last night and feel horrible again today. I have RA and had taken a couple doses of tylenol and one dose of advil pm on the day before this started during the night due to pain. Had also used an essential oils mixture that a friend had given me - for the first time. What is going on??? Could it be viral and still going on after 4 days??
