My husband is experiencing a great deal of stiffness and pain in his arms and shoulders on a daily basis. Though he does a great deal of lifting during the day of exterior building panels, this pain and stiffness is new to him. We assumed possibly tendenitis and have applied cold packs as well as heat to lessen this. He's now wondering if it could be lack of protein due to the lifting during the day and being 51 yrs. of age. Please respond to: YYYY@YYYY
