Hi I have been dealing with chronic pain in my groin area,my chords in my testicles are always inflamed (varies from side to side ) I get a severe pain in my lower back (I think it s my kidneys where the pain is coming from )after I pee I usually start feeling the pain this has been going on for over three years.doctors have givin me numerous antibiotics nothing seems to help much I have had ct scans Mri and ultrasounds I ve been checked for hep and tb and been cleared they did find a small cyst on my upper right kidney too small to be concerned about they tell me. Next my doctor wants to biopsy my bladder not sure why ?my question is is there anything you can think of that my doctor is overlooking or a procedure maybe that should be tried before attempting biopsy my bladder ? My doctor has told me he has never seen anything like this before and thinks whatever I have going on is rare but he can t tell me what I have.on one of my tests it said possible hernia in abdomen but test was never repeated to check because ct scan shows no hernia but it was ultrasound of my groin and abdomen which showd possible hernia not a ct scan anything you can think of I would appreciate I have been looking for a second opinion or some kind of answer (within 3months time I have had 3ct scans 2 Mri 1ultrasound X-rays so i would like to avoid any unnecessary testing if possible so would you please give me some advise thank you
