What Causes Chronic Pain In The Leg Despite Taking Spinal Injection?

I have pain in my left leg. After many attempts with doctors and after my spinal injection that was supposed to fix the pain and curb my need for hydrocordon (pain medication), the pain exsits. I have a feeling that there might be a build up of calcium deposits in the area of the pain. I have difficulty walking on that leg. No problem standing , sitting, or lying.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can consider higher end analgesics like Tramadol or Codeine. An ultrasound Doppler can also be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
