What Causes Chronic Pain In The Lower Back And Around The Breasts?

I have been having chronic pain in my lower back and sometimes on both sides and it now will hurt in my breast area. I have seen my chiropractor, family dr. And a back specialist. This has been going on since December and I have NO relief. I also have psoriatic arthritis and have seen that dr. Too. I ve been doing physical therapy for 3 weeks and again, no relief. It sometimes only hurts in a certain area then moves around. Trying to sleep is horrible! Any thoughts please?

Hi,

What did your orthopedician tell about the back pain?

Psoriatic arthropathy less likely to involve the large joints. So back pain may possible but less likely but you have to check other possibilities like spondyloarthritis or lumbar spondylosis or back muscles spasm etc.

Breast pain may be due to infection or engorged veins or Paget's disease or psoriasis of breast crease etc.

Get it done MRI spine, ESR, HLA-B27 and hemoglobin levels.

Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
