I have chronic pain in lower back left knee and left shoulder also neck. I ve been in multiple motorcycle accidents and the only medication that I have been prescribed to that actually works is dilaudid 8 my also Oct cosine 30 mg why is my doctor only rx norcos

This may follow multiple injuries as you have had in your past motor cycle accidents
First can you reduce or stop using motor cycles? . This may continue causing more harm to your joints
You may need some tests to confirm or tuke out some of the conditions
X-ray of the painful joints
MRI
Rheumatoid tests to rule out rheumatoid arthritis
Treatment
Pain killers brufen. panadal.
Analgesic gels. Declofenac
Muscle relaxant valium
consult rheumatologist or orthpeadic surgeon
