What Causes Chronic Pain While Breathing And Ringing In Ears?

I suffer from internal chronic pain. Mostly 85 % of the time I am in pain. It hurts for to breath and it feels like my ribs are rubbing against my internal organs. I can not see a doctor because I do not have insurance. Can you tell me what can be going on with my health. I also suffer from constant ringing and buzzing in my right ear that it gives me migraine headaches.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I understand your concern.
As mentioned in your history, you get pain under your rib while breathing. This is due to rubbing of pleura with lung wall. My advice is you first get your chest X ray done. This can be due to infection in pleura.
Accordingly you can take antibiotic like Amoxicillin+Clavulinic combination thrice daily for 5 days, anti-inflammatory drugs like aceclofenac+paracetamol combination thrice daily for five days and oral antacids.
Constant buzzing and ringing may be due to infection of eustachian canal. Once you complete a course of antibiotic under your physician's guidance this buzzing will also get cure.
Hope this will help you.
