What Causes Chronic Pelvic Pain Post A Hysterectomy?

I had a partial hysterectomy done laparoscopic to remove my uterus and Fallopian tubes on 5/25/16. 17 days post -op - I did to much too soon (house work, dancing) and woke up with severe pelvic pain. I also had what felt like numbness in my groin on my left side that involved my left leg. Its been two days and I still continue with the pain and discomfort. I wanted to ask what the symptoms would be of a ripped internal stitch, internal tear, internal bleeding or pulled muscle in the pelvic area. Also would there be adhesion formation already that could be causing the pain? No other symptoms of fever or bleeding. I m so upset with myself and will not be doing anything till I m healed completely. I have called my doctor about my symptoms and have an appointment scheduled to see him. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

Hello,

Chronic pelvic pain pot hysterectomy commonly occurs due to infection, blood clots, Vaginal problems or ovary issues, etc. It may occur due to general weakness, improper procedure, lack of mobility, sensitive nerves or scars tissue. You are suggested to get connected to a OBGYN, get clinically examined. Get Blood tests & USG / CT done to detect any pathology causing the problem. You will be treated according to the severity of the pathology detected. Foe relieve from pain you can take Combiflam, one SOS when required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
