What Causes Chronic Productive Cough And Electric Shock Like Sensation In Breast?

The orher night I woke up with a terrible cough n I ended spitting up phelm. My breast started feeling like electric shocks were going through it everytime I coughed. The next day they itched a lot but it went away. Today I had another cough attack n the same thing happened. Should I be concern or can I do any home remedies to take care of it? This never happened before.

Hello,

Chronic productive cough with sputum, mostly due to chronic bronchitis.

You are having sharp pain while coughing may be Severe bronchitis with pneumonitis.

Better take X-ray chest PA/CBC/Sputum examination, culture and sensitivity. You need some antibiotics.

Try this for 3 days and review with reports. Tab.Pan 40 1 bid before food, tab.Azithrocin 500 mg od, tab.Levicitrizen 5 mg hs, tab.Dolo 650 1 tid, Syrup.Ambrilyte D 5 ml tid, for 3 days and review.
