Hi, back pain is such a problem that is related to our lifestyle if nothing else comes in reports(MRI, CT, XRay etc). bad posture, leaning suddenly, walking with too straight back or hunched back etc. We must learn how to have a good posture during standing, sitting or sleeping. Other thing is loss of flexibility of muscle due to inadequate physical activity. So I would like to suggest you to start some simple exercises to increase flexibility and calcium rich food like ragi, custurd apple etc. these chages in lifestyle will definetly work. for acute pain-again pain killer is the solution.
