Hi I suffered a mild tbi from a high impact injury in the left frontal sinus area. I had excessive bleeding thru my nose at the time and imaging showed excessive sinusitis, accompanied by mucousonal thickening in the frontal sinus. Is there a possibility that was blood inside the sinus? I was transportes by ambulance since they thought it was a csf leak due to chronic sinus running like salt water, turned out is was not. I recently had sinus surgery snd they had to drill my left frontal sinus because it was closed off so much, could not get into it with endoscope. Surgeon also mentioned i am at risk of stenosis in the left frontal lobe area post surgery. I also got another infection immediately following surgery. Is there a possibility the trauma to the head caused damage to my frontal sinus by hairline fracture or blunt trauma?. I have suffered chronic sinus infections since the injury. And needed a very extensive sinus surgery as a result. Thank u for ur time.
