What Causes Chronic Swelling Of Fingers?
Sir my son is 1 year old and his left hand and three fingers are swollen at places by birth what is this and where can i get him treated , I have consulted many child surgeons they said it is accumulation of veins at one point which lead to this swelling , pls suggest me
