Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to consult your pediatrician for clinical assessment and chest auscultation.
Breathing difficulty in young child could be due to respiratory distress.
Respiratory distress is usually seen in lower respiratory tract infection like pneumonia.
The condition needs to be treated promptly to avoid complications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
