What Causes Chronic Vomiting And Nausea?

My friend is 35 year old female who last Friday developed uncontrollable vomiting. She went to the ER Saturday and all blood work was clear and she was given IV fluids and anti nausea medications and sent home. She was fine for a few hours then the vomiting started again. She went back to the ER Sunday and Monday. Monday they gave her the suppositories that help with nausea. She was fine until the medication ran out last night. She is unable to keep anything down. She had GERD and hyperthyrodism but no other health issues. What could be the problem? Should I take her back to the ER today?

It seems like GITinfection. You can take Pantoprazole twice a day for five days take Ondansetron twice a day for five days empty stomach take Ofloxacycilin and Ornidazole combination twice a day for five days, don't eat commercial products and unhygienic things. Don't eat spicy food don't drink cold drink ice cream chocolate and pastries, eat healthy food.
