What are these wounds on my neck and chest?
I have gotten 8 or so of these in the last 2 months. They start out looking like I pushed the end of a drinking straw into my skin, as there is a perfectly circular depression and a little redness. Over a few days the center turns to a dark scab and eventually heals into a scar. They do not itch, and minimally hurt, but I don't want any more scars! I have looked a lot online and in a patho book but I don't see anything like them. The closest thing is impetigo, but my wounds are PERFECTLY circular. Maybe bug bites? But my partner never gets any bites and we live and sleep together.
