What Causes Circular Light Coloured Skin On Cheeks?

my 6yr old son has one or two tiny circular light coloured skin on his cheeks 'he is on nizaral shampoo 2 a week diprovate plus mixed with cold cream 2 a day and a multivitamin syrup 2aday-for amonth but it has not helped----what do i do and what is it
