If you are sexually active and recently exposed to the unprotected sex than there is a possibility of STD (sexually transmitted diseases) In my opinion you should see a dermatologist for physical examination and further course of action. Meanwhile clean your private area with antiseptic soap or solution and apply antifungal like clotrimazole and antibacterial ointment.
