What Causes Circular Red Patch On Buttocks Leading To Itchiness?

the first day it got hot this year I had a red perfect circle on my butt that itched. one half circle on one cheek and one on other. I put all kinds of cream and gold bond medicad powder, everything. It has been a month and it continues to get worse and itches alot

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to fungal infection Tinea corporis. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. For such condition I would recommend using anti fungal ointments like terbinafine or miconazole for local application. It is also better to take fluconazole tablet orally weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrence.
