What Causes Circular Red Spots On Inner Thigh?

I noticed 3 circular red spots on my inner thigh about a week ago..and since then have become kind of dry and flakey .. and more spots have shown up..smaller ones closer to my groin area..can you help me with this? I ve put antifungal cream on it and it makes it itch

Apply Dermarest cream and Hydrozole cream on it. Take tablet claritin 1 daily.Its all needed for the lesions. You will feel improvement in a couple of days. Remember, skin diseases are always difficult to treat without actually seeing them. So if you feel that the aforementioned treatment isn't working anymore, go to the dermatologist for proper evaluation.
